'The competition for financial support aroused great interest among entrepreneurs in the region. During the document acceptance period, 71 applications were received. Sixty-nine projects were accepted for consideration by the competition commission. Entrepreneurs have begun to take a more responsible approach to preparing applications for participation in the competition; the amount of their own funds in most cases is several times greater than the amount of subsidies they requested,' noted Olga Kuznetsova, Deputy Governor of the Murmansk Region.
