The state program for the development of the Arctic is planned to be increased by 11 billion rubles in 2021-2022
The budgetary allocations for the implementation of the state program in 2021 will amount to 4.4 billion rubles, in 2022 - 6.5 billion rubles, in 2023 - 6.5 billion rubles25 September 2020
The planned financing of the state program "Social and Economic Development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation" for 2021 and 2022 has been increased by 10.9 billion rubles. This is stated in the explanatory note to the draft budget for 2021-2023.
The increase in planned expenses is due to an increase in allocations in 2021 by 4 billion 309.4 million rubles, in 2022 by 6 billion 514.4 million rubles for subsidies for financial support of costs for the creation and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities, for technological connection of enterprises to electricity and gas networks, as well as to cover tax incentives for investors in the Arctic.
