The Murmansk Regional Government and the Roscongress Foundation have agreed that Murmansk will host The Arctic: Territory of Dialogue International Forum in 2025. Komsomolskaya Pravda writes about it.

'It's a great honour for us. Our primary objective is to bring together all regions of Russia's Arctic zone to collaboratively harness the strong economic potential of this macro-region and improve living conditions for its residents,' stated Andrey Chibis, Governor of the Murmansk Region.

Chibis also signed an agreement with Novatek for additional funding. The funds will also be allocated for the renovation of the former Rodina cinema.

The head of the region announced plans to establish Muse, Russia's first digital art centre, at Rodina. There, children and teenagers will have opportunities to learn programming and engage in an artificial intelligence lab. Other focal areas include AR/VR development, filmmaking and jewellery design.
