144 children of our region went on vacation under the Children of the Arctic programme
This year, more than 800 schoolchildren of the Arkhangelsk Region are planned to improve their health at a children's camp in Sochi.
1 July 2024For children, recreational vouchers have been allocated on the Black Sea coast at the Romashka Boarding House JSC (Children's Camp Madagascar Island). This is already the fifth sending of students in grades 5–8 living in the Arctic zone to the south. The press service of the Arkhangelsk Regional Centre for Social Protection of the Population writes about this.
Already on 3 July, young northerners will be able to enjoy the warm sea, bright sun and fresh sea air.
The children's camp is located on the first line, away from the noise and bustle of big cities, among the beautiful southern greenery. The area with a large number of coniferous trees and a cool breeze create a wonderful microclimate. The area is never damp or hot.
