On the first day of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, Anton Narchuganov, Head of the Agency for Development of Northern Territories and Support of Indigenous Peoples of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and Alexander Chernikov, Director of the Siberian Institute of Creative Industries Development, signed a cooperation agreement.
