This was reported by TASS.

'The urban planning potential in all regions of the Arctic is now 22.9 mn sq m in terms of multi-family housing. This is something that should be brought into circulation in the next three to four years. This is quite a good volume, if we are talking in terms of future consumption and construction materials,' the deputy minister said at the session 'Development of Housing Construction in the Arctic Zone.'

As explained to TASS in the Ministry of Construction, the statistics took into account valid building permits and the maximum area of apartment buildings possible to be placed on the plots.
