The funding for the implementation of the programme 'Socio-Economic Development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation' in 2025–2027 will amount to over RUB 26 bn. This was reported by TASS.

'Budget allocations for financial support of the implementation of the state programme "Socio-Economic Development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation" are planned at RUB 10,957.3 mn in 2025, RUB 10,627.3 mn in 2026 and RUB 4,728.4 mn in 2027,' the document states.

Thus, RUB 123 mn will be allocated for the federal project 'Development of International Economic Cooperation in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation' in 2025, RUB 50 mn in 2026 and RUB 124 mn in 2027. For the implementation of the federal project 'State Support for Investment Projects in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation,' RUB 8.8 bn will be allocated in 2025, RUB 9.4 bn in 2026 and RUB 3.3 bn in 2027.

It is also planned to allocate RUB 81 mn in 2025, RUB 129 mn in 2026 and RUB 234 mn in 2027 for the federal project 'Development of Northern Supply Routes.'
