Lena River United Shipping Company plans to deliver 500,000 tons of cargo during Arctic navigation

Since the start of the navigation season, the shipping company has transported over 377,700 tons of general cargo, including 120,900 tons of oil and 256,800 tons of dry goods.

Lena River United Shipping Company is preparing for the 60-day Arctic navigation season. During this period, ships will deliver about 500,000 tons of essential supplies to the Far North, Magadan and Chukotka regions. This was reported by Medapaluba.

PAO LORP currently operates 143 transit vessels with a total cargo capacity exceeding 204,000 tons (including 96 dry cargo vessels with 139,000 tons capacity and 33 oil tankers with 74,500 tons capacity).

According to LORP's press service, all contractual obligations for cargo delivery to the rapidly shallowing Amga and Vilyuy rivers have been met: 10,000 tons of coal were delivered to Amga, while 56,000 tons of coal and 10,500 tons of bulk oil products were delivered to Vilyuy. Additionally, 16,000 tons of gas condensate were transported from Kysyl-Syr.
