Residents of the Arctic zone in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area will receive tax benefits.
8 July 2024The BeloyarskNefteService company, owned by Kunovatskaya Oil and Gas Company JSC, became the first resident of the Arctic zone on the territory of Ugra. According to the agreement of the Far East Development Corporation (FEDC), the enterprise will be engaged in the construction of industrial infrastructure facilities necessary for the oil-producing region. The Menapolis TV channel reports it.
Sergey Barchukov, General Director of BeloyarskNefteService, explained that the infrastructure that his company is creating will be useful for companies engaged in hydrocarbon production in the Beloyarsky district. Residents of the Arctic zone will be able to receive support measures to stimulate entrepreneurship: tax breaks for 10 years, subsidised insurance premiums and a simplified procedure for obtaining land plots.
'Today, active work is underway to attract investors to development projects in the Beloyarsky and Berezovsky districts. At the first stage, these regions will become a platform for the implementation of about 10 investment projects. At the same time, the volume of investments of the first resident will exceed RUB 3 bn, and 150 jobs will be created during the implementation of this project,' noted Ruslan Kukharuk, Acting Governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.
