Arctic-ready bus has been presented in Russia
The manufacturer states it plans to produce 300 units of these vehicles each year.
11 July 2023The International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom, hosted by Yekaterinburg, has started in Russia. This was reported by Gismeteo portal.
Among the curious developments at the event was a bus for Arctic conditions designed by the Ural plant. The model was named 'Ural-427701-75.' The vehicle is able to stay running in cold temperatures of up to –50°C. It will enable to transport people safely, as well as to organise mobile points for various purposes in the Far North. The bus can accommodate up to 22 passengers.
The new vehicle is equipped with a 310-horsepower motor and reaches a speed of 50 km per hour. Each row of seats is equipped with powerful ventilation and heating. Each seat also has USB ports, while the folding tables feature wireless charging for gadgets. A toilet is located at the back of the bus.
