The selection of investment projects planned in the Arctic and claiming infrastructure subsidies
The Ministry of Development of the Far East and the Arctic begins to receive documents from investors planning to implement new projects in the territory of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation using a subsidy for creating or upgrading infrastructure facilities.16 December 2021
The official notice of the selection of investment projects is published on the Ministry website in the section "Selection of investment projects" of the "Activities" section.
Applications for participation in the selection are accepted until February 28, 2022. The main criteria for selecting investment projects are a focus on socio-economic development and job creation. The experience of the initiator on the implementation of investment projects, the availability of registration on the territory of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, the lack of overdue debt to the budget has been taken into account. The initiator of the project should not be in a state of bankruptcy or reorganization. The total cost of the investment project is at least 300 million rubles.
Applications for participation in the selection are accepted until February 28, 2022. The initiators of projects interested in receiving a subsidy should be sent to the Ministry of Activation of Russia a statement by attaching a project business plan to it, a financial and economic model and a number of other documents.
