Student teams will be able to participate in the construction of infrastructure facilities in the Far East and the Arctic. On the instructions of the Russian President, funds for the annual involvement of student teams will be included in the construction budget. This was reported by IA Eastrussia.

The Russian government has approved the relevant decision. Financing of such works will be carried out within the framework of the state programme 'Provision of Affordable and Comfortable Housing and Utilities for Russian Citizens.'

 This will give students the opportunity to gain professional skills and first-hand work experience. They will work on the construction of social, transport and engineering infrastructure facilities and the implementation of projects to create a comfortable urban environment.

 Regions in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic should independently determine the list of facilities to be built by students as part of national projects and state programmes.
