New residential districts to be developed in Murmansk's Pervomaisky district
Investors will be granted AZRF resident status.
7 June 2024Another significant agreement for Murmansk was signed at SPIEF-2024. Federal developers Samolet, TSD and GloraX will expand Pervomaisky district in Kola Polar Region's capital with new residential areas. Komsomolskaya Pravda writes about it.
'Over 450,000 sq m of residential space will be constructed in Murmansk. These are not mere plans but detailed solutions already in place for specific sites within the Pervomaisky district in Murmansk. Companies will invest approximately RUB 47 bn, with GloraX committed to park improvements,' reported Governor Andrey Chibis after SPIEF-2024.
Developers will receive land at no cost, ensuring more affordable housing prices for locals. Additionally, these companies will benefit from Arctic incentives as AZRF residents. This housing qualifies for Arctic Mortgage provisions.
