Craft Fest took place in Arkhangelsk for the fourth time, combining three elements: street food, craft drinks and music. This was reported by the press service of the Government of the Arkhangelsk Region.

The culinary zone became the main focal point of the event. Here, 25 catering businesses from Pomorye, Moscow, Moscow Region and Kaluga Region showcased their dishes and drinks.

One of the participants in the festival, supported by the regional development agency, was Anton Smirnov, an individual entrepreneur and the head of a new hotspot in Arkhangelsk for lovers of unique recipes and signature rolls. He presented his take on Japanese cuisine with elements of Pomor culture.

'We brought Japanese classics to the festival, but with our own twist,' said Anton Smirnov. 'The menu features some truly exclusive rolls that I haven't seen anywhere else in our country. For instance, we have rolls with smoked duck breast, stewed pear and dried cranberries—a fascinating blend of Nordic and Japanese cuisines. We launched our business with the agency's support and continue to expand it.'
