Murmansk Region's Port of Liinakhamari Becomes AZRF Resident

The port of Liinakhamari with its investment project of a tourism cluster in Murmansk Region became the resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), reports TASS citing the Press Service of Murmansk Region.

'The port of Liinakhamari LLC with the same-name investment project of a tourism cluster became the resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. Along with developing eco- and nature tourism, the project involves creating world-class infrastructure needed to harbour cruise ships and yachts and promote diving and sea fishing', the report says.

The total cost of the project is RUB 12.5 billion. The tourism complex is expected to be built by 2026.
