The Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic has planned to allocate about RUB 3 bn in 2023 for the repair and construction of social facilities in the Arctic economic growth centres, using funds from the single subsidy,' Gadzhimagomed Huseynov, First Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, said.
