Salekhard entrepreneur Garik Kocharyan will produce cheese with Yamal ingredients. The businessman has become a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Federal Press.
The entrepreneur came up with the idea of opening a cheese factory a few years ago. Regional and municipal support helped make the project a reality. Garik Kocharyan will open a cheese factory in the district capital, and the entrepreneur plans to produce, in addition to traditional cheese varieties, products with the addition of northern wild herbs. The businessman plans to start by processing 200 litres of milk and producing 20 kg of cheese a day. Garik Kocharyan studied in Uglich, where he also brought analyses of Yamal raw materials.
