Garik Kocharyan will open a cheese factory in the district capital, and the entrepreneur plans to produce, in addition to traditional cheese varieties, products with the addition of northern wild herbs. The businessman plans to start by processing 200 litres of milk and producing 20 kg of cheese a day. Garik Kocharyan studied in Uglich, where he also brought analyses of Yamal raw materials.
