Operating in the territory of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (azrf) exemptions allowed to ensure the growth of investment and increase tax revenue, despite the pandemic of coronavirus, said the Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis at the joint meeting of the state Council and Council for strategic development and national projects, said the Agency TASS.

"On behalf of all the Arctic regions, I would like to thank you for your attention to the Arctic. This is not only attention in the form of the Arctic development strategy approved earlier by you, it is concrete results and the work of the government to create a territory of advanced development - the first in the Arctic <...> and a whole package of benefits that allowed us to ensure an increase in investment and tax deductions during the pandemic," Chibis said.
