12 April 2024

The development of the unique industrial and logistics park Ob Pier continues in Labytnangi (YNAA). This is reported by IA URA.ru.

In the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, a preliminary technical and economic justification is being prepared for further cooperation between the Management Company 'Obskoy Prichal' LLC and the main investor of the industrial site—Gazpromneft Snabzhenie LLC, which plans to invest at least RUB 950 mn in the hub's infrastructure by 2027. One of the capital investments being made under the agreement is the repair of the pier embankment at the site.

For the industrial and logistics park, design work has begun on a locomotive depot for two locomotives and a cold storage complex of 800 sq m to meet the needs of residents and users of the park's infrastructure.

New land plots covering an area of 14 ha are being filled to expand the territory of the industrial and logistics park. A project has been developed for the construction of drainage facilities and a floodwater discharge system under the railway tracks that are part of the property complex of the territorial administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.

At the construction sites of Ob Pier, 7.5 km of high-pressure gas pipeline have been completed, 9 km of non-public railway tracks have been reconstructed and power transmission lines have been repaired. Here, a relaxation capsule has already been put into operation, and a set of gobo projectors (a device used for projecting images onto any surface) has been installed.
