The first Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the development of the Far East and the Arctic, Alexander Krutikov, during a session on tourism development at the forum "days of the Arctic and Antarctic in Moscow", said that the Arctic-Russia platform has launched the tourist portal "Arctic closer than you think".

The session was also attended by the head of the Federal Agency for tourism Zarina Doguzova, the Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis, representatives of the tourism business and travel bloggers.

"This is not just a website that tells about the Arctic, it is a service for business development in the field of Arctic tourism development. Any travel operator that offers tours to the Arctic can use this service for free. Professional consultants will help you design such products and present them correctly," said Alexander Krutikov.
